From your PASSION to ours Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate based in Casa Grande, Arizona. The Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Warehouse Forklift Operators will load and unload trailers, and may be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential. Full-time opportunity. This is a 12-hour shift (06:00 AM - 06:30PM) or (06:00 PM - 06:30AM) on a 2 - 2 - 3 rotation. Up to $22 per hour, depending on knowledge, skill, and experience. Shift differentials for 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%.)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- 6 months to a 1-year experience operating a standup forklift
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with RAF and SAP preferred
- Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills
Responsibilities
- Moving products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Required to stand the entire shift. Occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally move more.
- Able to manage a high-stress environment.
