About The Position
The Manufacturing Training Specialist at Stellar Energy is a full-time position based in Jacksonville, FL, responsible for coordinating and overseeing training programs within the manufacturing facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that all personnel meet the training requirements necessary for operational excellence and adherence to company standards. The specialist will work closely with the Training and Development Manager, manufacturing leadership, and technical writers to develop and implement effective training initiatives that align with the company's objectives. The Manufacturing Training Specialist will manage the Foreman in Training Program and the DOD Skillbridge program, ensuring that all training efforts are effectively coordinated. This includes participating in meetings and seminars to gather relevant information that can enhance the training programs. The specialist will also be responsible for observing daily operations to identify new training opportunities and will develop training materials that cover operations, safety, and company policies. In addition to classroom training, the specialist will utilize various training methods, including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos, to engage employees effectively. Maintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and assessment results is also a key responsibility. The role requires a proactive approach to training and development, ensuring that Stellar Energy's high standards for training and culture are consistently met.
