The ideal candidate is an experienced cable assembly professional with a passion for developing people and a proven ability to translate complex technical standards into effective, engaging training. This position reports to HRBP. You will provide training support across both 1st and 2nd shift and will work closely with Quality, Safety, Engineering, and Production departments to set the standard for excellence across the organization.
