Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training in cleanroom manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in running cleanroom equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manufacturing leadership in maintaining and conducting training for manufacturing personnel.
• Generate training requirements reports and coordinate training to ensure on-time completion metrics are achieved.
• Maintain and control employees' on-the-job training records to ensure skills represent current practices.
• Support Quality team on communication of quality alerts.
• Update training system based on role and personnel changes.
• Assist in setting up evaluation systems to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives at satisfaction, activity, and outcome levels.
• Assist Manufacturing Leads with various administrative duties including performing change overs, conducting batch folder reviews, and documenting labor reporting.
