About The Position
We are seeking a Manufacturing Tooling Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone interested in learning mold fabrication and vacuum-forming tooling while working alongside experienced technicians in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing, tooling, carpentry, or fiberglass work preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical job duties in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

- Prior experience in manufacturing, tooling, carpentry, or fiberglass work preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with building, repairing, and maintaining fiberglass vacuum-forming molds
- Support mold shop operations, including tool preparation and housekeeping
- Learn vacuum-forming and thermoforming processes
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times
