About The Position

The Manufacturing Test Technician Lead is responsible for supporting production testing, failure analysis, and repair activities to ensure quality targets and timely delivery of systems. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and improve processes.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in IT or equivalent related work experience.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications are beneficial but not required.
• Configuration experience with Microsoft OS VISTA/WIN7/Server/Office suite and basic Linux.
• 4+ years of PC system-related hardware or networking experience.

Responsibilities

• Support production test, failure analysis, and repair activities.
• Set up systems for testing and verify system updates.
• Execute system test scripts and processes.
• Identify error codes and troubleshoot system errors for corrective actions.
• Perform system hardware repairs according to proper procedures.
• Manage and escalate issues impacting systems in test and communicate with team members.
• Work with the extended team to identify and execute process improvements.
