About The Position

The role contributes factory input during project sign-off and closure, focusing on quality, efficiency, and adherence to manufacturing standards. Your role: Provides input for manufacturing requirements within the PDLM system, aligns with production needs and facilitates smooth transitions from product design to production stages, thereby enhancing efficiency and quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Implements enhancements in manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to drive quality and efficiency improvements, and monitors the performance of processes, tools, and equipment following project handover, ensuring seamless continuity and addressing any operational challenges that arise. Exercises judgment within defined procedures/practices to determine appropriate action, applying analytical skills to resolve medium complexity requests efficiently, applies lean manufacturing principles, employing methodologies to streamline production processes, minimize waste, optimize resource utilization, and enhance overall efficiency within the manufacturing environment. Implements Capex optimization initiatives for recurring investments in manufacturing processes, aiming to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity. Procures and installs recurring equipment at the site, ensuring seamless integration into manufacturing processes and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Manufacturing/Operations environment, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or Cost Engineering or equivalent; no previous experience is required with a Bachelor's degree. Lean Six Sigma or equivalent is preferred.
