Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field)
  • 2+ years of production engineering or related experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with complex problem-solving abilities
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to production environments
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and automation systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing production technologies, tools, and equipment to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve overall efficiency and costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and consistency.
  • Provide technical support and expertise for troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to transfer new technologies from concept to production.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications.
