Here's the Gist: As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll oversee wafer production from inception to completion, working with engineers and stakeholders to achieve world class cycle times. You will work with a manufacturing execution system and multiple rep. You will work a 12-hour night shift or day shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule. The schedule will be Back End Nights shift (Wednesday - Friday and every other Saturday, 6pm - 6:15am). Technicians working 12-hour shifts are eligible to receive a shift differential of up to 15%, as well as overtime and bonus eligibility.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time, wear full clean room attire, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook. The ability to multitask using multiple computer screens at the same time.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, and routinely qualify, equipment in various semiconductor process areas such as photolithography, etch, CVD, PVD, metrology, and others.
  • Perform logistic tasks such as wafer unpacking, releasing to process, and packing.
  • Maintain a presence in the Operations Command Center. Monitor and evaluate operating data to ensure optimized wafer movement in the fabricator.
