About The Position

Worthington Enterprises is hiring Manufacturing Technicians and Production Associates to support safety-critical, pressurized cylinder manufacturing on rotating 12-hour shifts. This role is ideal for individuals with prior production or industrial experience who value safety, quality, and long-term stability. Shift Options 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Days) or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nights) Rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work 3–4 days per week) Only 15 working days per month Why You’ll Love Working Here Starting pay $20/hour minimum, with higher rates for experience and $1.50/hour shift differential for night shift Quarterly profit sharing (no cap) Built-in overtime: Time-and-a-half for hours over 40, 8 hours of OT every other week built into the schedule. What You’ll Do Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment in a regulated, safety-focused environment to ensure pressurized cylinders meet quality, safety, and performance standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to follow detailed procedures
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
  • Experience in regulated, safety-critical, or high-quality manufacturing environments
  • Experience operating industrial equipment or automated production lines
  • Forklift and/or overhead crane experience a plus
  • Successful Manufacturing Technicians are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing high-quality work safely.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned production equipment (assembly lines, presses, weld cells, paint lines, or testing stations) following standard work procedures
  • Perform in-process quality checks and identify defects or process issues
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment or process problems and escalate when needed
  • Safely handle materials and finished products; operate forklifts or cranes when certified
  • Accurately complete required documentation and labeling
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
