About The Position

Under minimum supervision, the Manufacturing Technician shall perform various production assembly operations, including connector assembly, termination of electrical contacts, insert/over-molding, labeling, packaging, in-process testing, and operation of basic hand tools. Training will be provided. Experience with preparation, stripping, tinning, crimping, and soldering of medical cables; encapsulation/epoxy operations; ultrasonic welding machines; and other various encapsulation tasks is preferred. IPC 610, IPC 620, and J-STD certification are preferred. Injection mold operator experience is preferred.

  • Good analytical skills with the ability to identify potential problems
  • Basic measurement skills using tools and equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, calipers, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent hand and eye coordination
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED.
