About The Position

- The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production processes. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience with operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as schematics and blueprints.
Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with manufacturing software and data entry.
Ability to adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
Collaborate with the production team to execute manufacturing processes according to established guidelines and specifications.
Monitor production output and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality control standards.
Document and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and regulations.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.
Support inventory management by tracking and reporting material usage and assisting in inventory audits.
Contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing insights and feedback to improve overall manufacturing operations.
