About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivation and Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team. This role involves handling raw ingredients, manufacturing high-quality cannabis products, packaging, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about cannabis production and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in manufacturing or cannabis processing are a plus.
Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or cannabis processing preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Basic math and inventory management skills.
Ability to operate machinery and lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to pass a background check and meet all state regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store raw ingredients in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of incoming materials and ensure proper storage conditions.
Use raw ingredients to produce high-quality cannabis products, such as gummies, in adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
Monitor production processes to ensure product consistency and quality.
Package finished products accurately and efficiently to meet production goals and customer demands.
Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all products are labeled correctly and comply with regulations.
Coordinate with logistics for timely and accurate shipping.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate tracking of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Report discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records in compliance with company policies.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized production area.
Participate in regular training to stay updated on industry standards and regulations.
Work closely with team members across cultivation, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and efficiency gains.
