About The Position
Join our team as a Manufacturing Technician! We are hiring for multiple roles—Lamination, Gelcoat, Repair, Grinder, and Infusion. You’ll work with fiberglass, resin, and other materials to help produce high-quality hulls and decks while following safety and SOP standards.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- 0–3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read instructions and perform basic math
- Physically able to perform tasks, stand for long periods, and use hand/power tools
Responsibilities
- Prepare parts and materials for production
- Apply fiberglass, gelcoat, resin, and other materials using various techniques
- Monitor processes for quality and consistency
- Operate and maintain production equipment
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
