Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
IPC-A-610 Certification
1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a self-directed teaming environment
Proficiency in using hand tools, interpreting specifications and drawings, performing inspections, and basic computer skills
Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination are essential
Be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining
Ability to prove U.S. Person status (U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status) due to access to U.S. export-controlled information

Responsibilities

Execute complex manufacturing processes, including electro-mechanical system setup, cable assembly, and machine profile adjustments, ensuring compliance with military specifications.
Interpret and follow written specifications, operation sheets, and visual instructions to deliver high-quality products.
Maintain meticulous records of tests, quality checks, and specification data to ensure traceability and compliance.
Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and self-directed work environment.
Utilize small tools, measuring devices, and production equipment to perform tasks with precision and care.
Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
