We are looking to hire Manufacturing Technician’s who will build complex electromechanical assemblies for mission-critical data center systems. This role supports the production of large chassis modules, cables, harnesses, and sub-assemblies while ensuring high-quality workmanship and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of relevant electromechanical assembly experience
• Advanced blueprint and schematic reading skills
• Experience with hand tools (calipers, torque wrenches, test equipment)
• Strong wiring, crimping, and cable assembly expertise
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Wire, crimp, solder, and assemble cables and electromechanical units
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
• Perform verification and functional testing per specifications
• Troubleshoot and repair defects to IPC-620 and workmanship standards
• Support assembly instruction development and production tooling improvements
• Maintain steady workflow on progressive assembly lines
• Train and assist team members as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
