About The Position

The Manufacturing Technician at ASML is responsible for supporting operations on a Compressed Work Week Nights 1 schedule, working from 6pm to 6am on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday. This role involves accurately assembling, integrating, and qualifying complex technical products in a clean room environment, adhering to established specifications and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills with various software, including mechanical/mechatronic testing software, SAP, and Lab View systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical parts using precision tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Ability to read and interpret data and documents.
• Experience working according to strict procedures within timelines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with mechanical parts using precision tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, integrate and qualify technical products according to established specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes.
• Observe and report ongoing problems in product assembly and collaborate with teams for solutions.
• Manufacture and deliver complex systems following established procedures.
• Track work completed and communicate effectively across shifts.
• Contribute to pilot production processes and transition to volume production.
• Acquire knowledge of new and established products and processes to aid production.
• Execute plans and activities as assigned by area leader.
• Support colleagues in training processes and departmental goals.
• Adhere to all Environmental, Health & Safety policies and protocols.
