Shift: The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday from 6:00pm to 6:15am. You will receive a 15% shift differential for working on the night shift. Job Description: The Manufacturing Technician I supports probe card manufacturing operations by performing a variety of routine production, assembly, testing, and inspection activities. This entry-level role focuses on executing established procedures, maintaining equipment, collecting process data, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine manufacturing operations associated with probe card production, including photolithography, thin film processing, etching, plating, assembly, testing, and inspection, following documented procedures and work instructions.
  • Set up, calibrate, and operate manufacturing equipment under established guidelines.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting to ensure equipment reliability and process stability.
  • Collect, document, and evaluate operating and process data to support on-line equipment adjustments and process optimization.
  • Follow safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with engineering and senior technicians to assist with tests and experiments aimed at improving production processes, yields, or developing new products and processes.
  • Accurately complete production documentation, logs, and reports to maintain traceability and process control.
  • Assist in training or coaching peers as needed to support teamwork, knowledge sharing, and skill development.
  • Participate in continuous improvement, lean, and corrective action initiatives.
