Reporting to Manager, Manufacturing Operations. This role is not eligible for relocation, nor eligible for current Visa sponsorship. The role will be located in our Thomas Road, Santa Clara location. The role requires being onsite during the work week. 6am -2:30pm shift (Mon through Fri).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to excel in a self-directed work setting and react to changing customer demands.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • High sense of urgency with a focus on maximizing safety, uptime & quality.
  • Eagerness and willingness to grow professionally and learn new skills to advance within the role and company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks on the functionality of parts and components.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as Manufacturing Engineering or Quality to complete builds on time.
  • Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
  • Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of job materials.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
