JOB SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Technician II is responsible for performing a range of advanced technical tasks related to the fabrication and assembly of aerospace structures. This mid-level role involves hands-on mechanical work, following detailed work instructions and technical drawings to ensure precision and quality. This position will play a crucial role in the production process and contribute to the company’s overall performance in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Attitude (QCDSA). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform technical mechanical work using standard hand tools and inspection equipment. Operate equipment for sheet metal fabrication and structural assembly, including: - Deburring, Routing, Polishing, Shear & Saw Operation - Press Forming, Draw Forming, Brake Forming - Stretch Forming, Roll Forming, Hot Forming - Check & Straighten, Heat Treating Cross-train in Assembly and Machining to support workforce flexibility. Follow detailed work instructions, process sheets, and blueprints. Handle delicate aerospace components with care and precision. Conduct basic visual and dimensional inspections. Accurately complete documentation such as routers and inspection logs. Maintain clean and organized work area, following safety protocols. Collaborate with troubleshooting issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Champion Mindset.
