About The Position

Responsible for the manufacture of liquid resin parts in a manner that ensures accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the production schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to identify parts and labels.
• Knowledge of the rate time cycle.
• Ability to read documents and perform operator checks with supervision.
• Learn basics of Demold/Prep and Debur/Mixing/Repour.
• High school diploma required.
• Entry level with 0-2 years manufacturing experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent reliability and attendance.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture liquid resin parts ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Adhere to the production schedule.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional and visual quality.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete training per Biomerics Training Matrix – LRC Dept.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
