Shift: The regular hours for this position are Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00am to 6:15pm. The Manufacturing Technician 1 performs a variety of tasks in support of probe card manufacturing operations. This entry-level role is critical to ensuring high-quality production and process optimization in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- No formal occupational training is typically required
Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing processes including photolithography, thin film, etch, plating, assembly, test, and inspection.
- Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
- Collect and analyze operating data to make on-line equipment adjustments and maintain process optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct tests and experiments aimed at improving production processes or developing new products.
- Assist in training and coaching other technicians, fostering teamwork, leadership, and technical skill development.
