In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Use clearly defined standard operating procedures to manufacture and kit/package next-generation sequencing library preparation reagents and products • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and participate in laboratory cleanliness and organization. • Identify the need for documentation/process changes, process deviations, product non- conformances and other occurrences that can indicate the ineffectiveness of the quality and/or manufacturing systems.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Technical accuracy and ability to perform mathematical calculations

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (biology, biochemistry, biochemistry) or related field.
Experience in manufacturing environment, a plus in a regulated environment or biotechnology industry. Especially with exposure to (or ability to learn) aseptic, cleanroom, or molecular biology techniques, and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and other applicable standards.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
