In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Use clearly defined standard operating procedures to manufacture and kit/package next-generation sequencing library preparation reagents and products • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and participate in laboratory cleanliness and organization. • Identify the need for documentation/process changes, process deviations, product non- conformances and other occurrences that can indicate the ineffectiveness of the quality and/or manufacturing systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical accuracy and ability to perform mathematical calculations

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (biology, biochemistry, biochemistry) or related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment, a plus in a regulated environment or biotechnology industry. Especially with exposure to (or ability to learn) aseptic, cleanroom, or molecular biology techniques, and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and other applicable standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
