About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No previous work experience required, but experience in manufacturing or a lab setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions consistently.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, or production.
• Experience in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and package Bioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instruction documents during production processes.
• Operate machinery and use hand tools for assembly and packaging tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and report any issues promptly.
• Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI) and Lean activities to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Production Control Documents (PCD).
• Assist in training and mentoring co-workers in manufacturing processes.
