About The Position

CelLink is redefining how power and data move through next-generation systems, from EVs to data centers. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Technician to support the build of our ultra-thin flexible harness technology.

Requirements

• Experience in a lab, manufacturing, or R&D environment (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured processes
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to troubleshoot issues
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high quality and consistency
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Use of PPE, including safety glasses and protective footwear

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed hand assembly of prototype components and flexible harness assemblies
• Operate and support manufacturing equipment
• Prepare materials for prototype builds
• Generate and organize documentation and files for production tools
• Follow work instructions with a high level of precision and attention to detail
• Monitor material levels and support inventory needs
• Assist engineers with prototype builds and process execution
