Position Summary Routine Manufacturing operations for the production of clinical and/or commercial products, operation of production equipment according to SOPs and other daily activities on the manufacturing floor with particular focus on N2O4 and N2O4 Ampoule production

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, technical degree or 3-5 years manufacturing experience, operator does not need prior industry experience
  • Ability to read and understand company quality documents and processes
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to set and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manufacturing activities including but not limited to work functions in electromechanical assembly and disposable assemblies in a correct and timely manner with particular focus on N2O4 and N2O4 Ampoule production.
  • Maintains records using GDP in controlled-room environments to comply with regulatory requirements, GMPs, and SOPs.
  • Responsible for individual training to SOPs and OJT processes; works with Supervisory staff to ensure training compliance
  • Perform in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications.
  • Assist in training new personnel as needed.
  • Work with engineering and R&D to help develop new and changing processes.
  • Responsible for recommendations for process and system improvements.
  • Communicate; seek the appropriate support to ensure issues are appropriately resolved.
  • Identify process deviations and notify management.
  • Meets performance expectations as defined by management.
  • Other related duties as assigned by management
