Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce high-quality products.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery and tools.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and safety.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
