About The Position

We are seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our F-35 Manufacturing Team. This position will perform manufacturing operations in a hands-on assembly laboratory for flight-based hardware, including Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), Module, and Top-level Assemblies. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic hardware assembly, electronic hardware and component soldering, and complex rework for CCAs, Module and Top-Level Builds. The technician will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality and reliable performance of our products.

Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

• JSTD and IPC 610 Certified
• 2 years’ experience conducting work using a microscope.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a high-speed, dynamic and interactive team environment
• Independently perform various assembly tasks, including part preparation, manual part placement, torque (manual and automated), chemical applications and soldering, ensuring adherence to requirements and customer specifications.
• Participate in meetings, task teams, and cross-functional reviews related to manufacturing performance, quality issues, and process improvements
• Ability to interface effectively with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Supplier Quality.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to ESD and safety requirements.
• Additional duties in alignment within manufacturing technician scope as necessary
• Ability to obtain US Government clearance
