About The Position

- The Manufacturing Tech III at PRINSCO is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role involves leading technical initiatives, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing improvements within the production environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
  • Excellent understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Proficient in using computer software for data entry and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage manufacturing projects to improve process efficiency and product quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the manufacturing operations.
