Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Tech B Ferrous to join our dynamic team in Auburn, AL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our ferrous materials are produced to the highest standards. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and safety procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
