We’re looking for a Manufacturing Team Leader who shares our passion for excellence and wants to be an integral part of our success as an employee-owner. As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will take ownership of the daily operations on the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Your responsibilities will include assigning work to meet daily schedules, managing line setup, training team members, supporting lean initiatives, and conducting performance reviews. As a leader and owner, you’ll help build a positive, inclusive culture while driving the team to meet production goals and share in the company’s success.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in manufacturing
• A strong desire to grow as a leader
• Understands the value of ownership
• Committed to contributing to the long-term success of the company as a servant leader
