About The Position

Your Mission Join Alliance Laundry Systems and coordinate a high-performing manufacturing zone. You’ll support 8–12 team members while partnering closely with a Group Leader (Supervisor). We’re a fast-moving, values-driven operation that equips you with clear standards, tools, and a team that has your back. Shift Details This is a second-shift opportunity: 3 pm–1 am, Monday–Thursday, with Friday overtime as required. Impact Areas Leadership & Training Assimilate and train new hires; act as the primary point of contact in your area. Run daily pre-shift meetings focused on safety, quality, HR items, and goals. Safety & Quality Ensure compliance with safety procedures; verify PPE and correct hazards. Own 5S audits and Dupont Stop Observations to reinforce safe, organized work. Performance & Standards Update area KPIs and complete Hour-by-Hour Boards and work stacks. Create, maintain, and audit Team Member Standard Work. Communication & Issue Resolution Maintain strong shift-to-shift communication with other Team Leads and Leaders. Escalate production or systemic issues promptly to the Group Leader. Navigate conflict through coaching with support from Group and Area Leaders. Systems & Support Leverage SAP to support the manufacturing process. Perform additional duties as needed to meet production commitments.

Requirements

  • Experience leading people (on the job or through volunteer roles).
  • Servant-leader approach with strong people focus.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; solid problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership track record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to stand for extended periods; sit as needed; use manual dexterity; stoop and bend.
  • Pre-employment physical including baseline ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check

  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.
