About The Position

The Manufacturing Systems Manager will oversee and manage the digital production environment that drives the manufacturing of Perio Protect dental medical devices, ensuring that software, data, equipment, and networked systems operate reliably to support efficient, high-quality, and compliant production . This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining quality control, owning production systems, and ensuring timely delivery of products through a fully connected digital workflow.

Requirements

• At least 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing systems, digital production, industrial IT, or regulated manufacturing environments, with at least 3 years in medical device, dental, or similarly regulated production.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, GMP) specific to medical devices.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing manufacturing systems and workflows effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Proficient in production, IT, and manufacturing systems including databases, file management, CAD/CAM or 3D printing software, and digital workflow tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
