We are looking for a Manufacturing Systems Integration Analyst to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Sr. Manager, Manufacturing and based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role. The Manufacturing Systems Integration Specialist is an entry-level professional position designed to develop future leaders within our manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Must be graduating between May 2024 and August 2025.
  • Basic knowledge of MRP systems (Oracle or similar environment), forecasting/capacity, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint a plus.
  • Experience with Tulip or similar platforms.

  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence Technologies and its utilization in application development.
  • Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Data and software savvy with track record of using software systems to solve routine issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Translate operational needs into system requirements, ensuring that enhancements to the systems align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with operations team to identify system improvements and promote engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements through the systems and applications, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze run-time and quality inspection data, providing insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Act as a point of contact for shop floor operators, providing training and support on the application's functionalities and best practices.
  • Use knowledge of system to recommend design or workflow changes to reduce user resistance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of application workflows, user guides, and any process changes for internal and operator reference.
