We boldly go. The Manufacturing Systems Co-Op in La Crosse, WI, provides college students with challenging assignments, leadership training and valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders. Through meaningful work projects, our Co-op program offers candidates working toward their Bachelor’s or Master's in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree exposure to a variety assignments which could include: Waste elimination projects for manufacturing areas, Standard work creation and updates, Manufacturing process improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing), Industrial engineering studies, Value Stream capability studies, Capital equipment expense requests, Manufacturing Process Automation and systems integration, Data analysis of manufacturing and warehouse operations, Process Risk assessments for Quality, Ergo, and Safety, Energy Audits.
