About The Position

MetalQuest Unlimited in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Support role to serve as our “Machine Pit-Crew. Are you interested in the world of machining and looking for hands-on experience? This is the position for you! In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping production moving by ensuring our CNC operators have the tools, materials, and support they need to succeed. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Due to ITAR compliance requirements, all employees at this location must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player who works well with others

Nice To Haves

• CNC Knowledge is a plus
• No CNC experience necessary – we offer hands-on training catered to your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing support to CNC operators on the shop floor
• Stock, clean, and maintain tools used by operators
• Transfer and package parts and materials as needed
• Assist with general shop upkeep as required
