DESCRIPTION: Join our team as a Manufacturing Support Technician I, supporting the production of Commercial and Clinical Biologics in our downstream processing manufacturing suites. Working in a cGMP environment, you'll contribute to ensuring smooth manufacturing operations through detailed planning and coordination. This position follows a 12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, including alternate weekends). Your key responsibilities will include managing consumables and raw materials, coordinating with production support groups, ensuring material kits and buffers are ready for manufacturing, and maintaining accurate inventory records. You'll assist with investigations of inventory discrepancies and support various manufacturing process functions while following site SOPs and policies. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to pharmaceutical development while working with advanced biologics manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • No experience required; experience in regulatory cleaning/manufacturing preferred
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Scientific field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • SAP experience beneficial
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to take direction and produce results
  • Understanding of process fundamentals beyond basic procedural steps
  • Knowledge of cGMP practices, aseptic techniques, and chemical concepts beneficial
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Willing to wear full clean room gowning (bodysuit, gloves, hair/beard nets, face covers, safety glasses)
  • Physical ability to perform material handling and staging duties
