Requirements

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience working closely with a workforce represented by a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.

• 8-10 years of aircraft assembly production and tooling experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• F-16 production experience.
• Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Improve production efficiencies and ensure effective manufacturing processes.
• Implement preventative controls to eliminate future production discrepancies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production workflows.
• Train new employees on proper manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Collaborate with the department supervisor to resolve escalating production issues.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and planning teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Leverage knowledge of F-16 assembly to prevent and mitigate production impacts.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team and production objectives.
