As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Manufacturing Support Specialist to join our dynamic team and be at the forefront of new opportunities and groundbreaking projects. The Manufacturing Support Specialist is essential to maintaining smooth operations across the facility by providing support wherever needed. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on team player, capable of stepping into various roles including machine operation, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse upkeep. Responsibilities

Fill in for absent team members across departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading/unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and organizing inventory.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and production areas.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily priorities.
Support inventory control and material handling as required.
