Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing or shop experience is a plus—but not required
Responsibilities
- Support production teams with daily tasks that keep work flowing efficiently
- Perform hands-on operations such as buffing, sandblasting, deburring, hand grinding, assembling, planishing, forming, tumbling, part washing, and part marking
- Deliver tools, materials, and parts to the appropriate workstations
- Inspect and sort parts to ensure they meet company quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with teammates to produce high-quality products you can be proud to put your name on
