About The Position

You will be the First and Second Shift Supervisor for Manufacturing and Operators for the Ocala Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑mix, high‑volume circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro‑assemblies that support Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control missions. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Prior supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to develop, coordinate, lead and execute daily production plans independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to assign work to unionized hourly workforce and hold employees accountable for following processes, cost, quality and schedule.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve daily production issues, working simultaneously with supporting functional areas; Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
  • Must be able to work first and second shift and support overtime, as needed.
  • This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of managing workmanship, time and attendance, enforcement of work rules, employee training development & certifications, and audit readiness.

  • Resolve conflicts and build respectful working relationships within the team.
