Requirements

5+ years of manufacturing or packaging leadership experience (FDA/GMP industries preferred).
Solid supervisory skills with proven ability to organize, prioritize, and inspire teams.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to adapt, multitask, and support business needs with additional shifts when required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and thrive in a physically active environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with GMPs, OSHA and/or all regulatory agencies, including company policies and procedures.
Oversee all manufacturing and packaging operations including pharmacy, blending, packaging, and warehouse to meet quality standards, efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage scheduling to optimize production output.
Lead, train, and coach associates to promote safety, consistent performance, and professional development.
Maintain workflow, foster team morale, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among associates, managers, and vendors.
Perform additional duties assigned to support overall departmental and company goals.
