About The Position

Manufacturing Supervisor – CNC Department Location: Elgin, SC | Schedule: 4 days; M-Th Do you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making things better every day? This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building team strength, ensuring consistent quality, and supporting efficient, organized production. Requirements

5+ years in a manufacturing environment, including 1+ years in a leadership role
Experience with metal CNC machining, grinding, or honing required
Steady, supportive leadership style with good listening and problem-solving skills
Comfort working in a structured, results-focused, team-based environment
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement preferred
Technical or associate degree preferred
