Manufacturing Supervisor Location: Lansing, Michigan Shift: 1st Job Summary: The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work assigned shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
