Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
Ability to solve problems effectively and make decisions under pressure.
