About The Position

At Medtronic you can begin a life-long career of exploration and innovation, while helping champion healthcare access and equity for all. You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. A Day in the Life Medtronic’s Warsaw, Indiana site – located in the heart of the Orthopedic Capital of the World – is looking for an experienced 3rd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and develop teams during overnight operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on people leader who enjoys owning their shift, driving daily execution, and keeping production, quality, and safety running strong when it matters most. As a 3rd shift Supervisor, you’ll be a key decision-maker on the floor – supporting operators, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring work is completed right the first time in a highly regulated medical device manufacturing environment. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong teams, reinforce standard work, and partner closely with cross functional groups to keep operations moving smoothly. If you’re someone who takes pride in leading from the front, developing talent, and delivering results with limited oversight, this is a chance to make a real impact. At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work.
