Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing or packaging leadership experience (FDA/GMP industries preferred).
• Solid supervisory skills with proven ability to organize, prioritize, and inspire teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt, multitask, and support business needs with additional shifts when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and thrive in a physically active environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus!

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GMPs, OSHA and/or all regulatory agencies, including company policies and procedures.
• Oversee all manufacturing and packaging operations including pharmacy, blending, packaging, and warehouse to meet quality standards, efficiency and productivity in the workplace.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage scheduling to optimize production output.
• Lead, train, and coach associates to promote safety, consistent performance, and professional development.
• Maintain workflow, foster team morale, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among associates, managers, and vendors.
• Perform additional duties assigned to support overall departmental and company goals.
