THE WORK As a key leader in our team, you will provide oversight to a group of hourly employees, ensuring that all products are completed to the highest standards and delivered on time. Your responsibilities will include: - Team Productivity & Safety: Leading your team to achieve high productivity levels while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and cost requirements. - Shift Transition Management: Ensuring smooth transitions between shifts to maintain uninterrupted operations. - Timekeeping & Labor Auditing: Managing and approving employee timekeeping in SAP, conducting labor audits, and ensuring compliance with Sikorsky's labor reporting and time and attendance procedures. - Performance Management: Driving accountability by managing employee performance through reviews, coaching, training, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions. - Compliance & Standards Enforcement: Ensuring adherence to work methods, safety rules, and quality standards, and conducting regular checks to maintain these standards. - Safety & Housekeeping: Upholding Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations, performing necessary equipment upkeep, and promoting good housekeeping practices. - Issue Resolution: Investigating discrepancies and coordinating with Operations, Quality, and Engineering Management to resolve issues promptly. - Budget & Policy Management: Managing both direct and indirect budgets while consistently applying and enforcing company policies and procedures. - Customer Interaction: Effectively interfacing with a variety of internal and external customers to ensure that Sikorsky's commitments are met. Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience, particularly in managing hourly employees in a high-paced environment.
Proficiency in using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for timekeeping, labor management, and production tracking.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation to ensure product conformance.
