About The Position

You will be a Manufacturing Supervisor at our Archbald facility, which specializes in the design, manufacturing, and engineering for both domestic and international customers. Our site produces electronic assemblies, machined and welded assemblies/parts, and safety-critical systems for various defense and commercial applications and is renowned for its awards and contributions to missile systems, nuclear instrumentation, and control products.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree and/or equivalent experience/ined education
• Prior leadership experience
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
• Microsoft office suite knowledge and skills
• Ability to track and manage cost, quality, and schedule, in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and make the necessary improvements
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance so therefore must be a US Citizen

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of IPC-620 and J-Std
• LM21 Green Belt
• Performance Management Team experience
• Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Root Cause Analysis
• Ability to develop assembly aids/tools
• Familiar with LM systems like, Flexnet labor recording, SAP and LMPeople

Responsibilities

• Managing a team to meet Quality, Schedule, and Cost targets for multiple programs
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
• Some engineering work will be required including updating work instructions, assisting in planning new production areas, and improving existing work cells
