About The Position
The Manufacturing Supervisor for Abbott's Electrophysiology & Heart Failure division is responsible for overseeing the performance of the production team during the 2nd shift, focusing on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency. This role involves driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles while maintaining high morale and performance within the team. The supervisor will initially train on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving with production staff.
